I don't think anyone can help you based on the data you've provided so far. What's the problem, exactly?

1. have you contacted red and sent them r3d's and your log file?

2. upload some r3d's... and be more specific about your problem.

3. if you just want to make unhelpful complaints and don't want your camera, send it back.

Marcelo, two 5k images uploaded to facebook side by side in a single 565px wide jpg isn't going to help anybody help you. At a minimum please upload a much higher resolution image so we can actually see the issue.

Or as other's mention, the .r3d would be better.

where do I should upload the r3d files?

Not to be rude, but the original post gives absolutely zero clues as to what issues you're facing. Being able to accurately and explicitly describe your problem will get much better results than run-on sentences and random capitalized words.

As others have said, .r3d's will help us help you.

EDIT: ...and then I post right after the .r3d's. Sorry if I was harsh, long day on set.

Your dropbox links are 404, not there. Your Facebook picture is so small that it is impossible to get anything out of. I hate to be rude, but maybe your problem is in using technology in general.

can you just upload a high res tiff zoomed into the problem, since your still having problems posting r3d?

Multiple posts, no describtion of problem whatsoever, possibly trolling to badmouth RED?

This would be a great alternative if we can't get .r3d's working.

Was the problem visible on the camera monitor? Could this be data corruption ? Do you still have the file on the camera SSD, and if so does it have the same fault if you load it directly in Redcine?
