Hello fellow Red users.

I am a fresh new user of a new Komodo since this week.
On my Angel Bird 512GB card I've uploaded a couple of LUTs in an empty folder in the root folder of the card like in the lut manual.
What happens once I put the luts inside and put the card back into the camera, power on, go to import, I don't see any of the luts in the list.
The options to import and import all are grayed out.
I take the power off the camera, take the card out and put back into the reader, the folder is either empty or removed. But no new luts visible or selectable in the camera.

The LUTs are the official free ones from the RED download site. The link I found here on the forum.

I've tried searching the forum, but there are too many pages in the search result.

Kind regards
Ivan

Did you name this empty folder in the root folder of the card exactly "luts"?

Yes, the manual is really clear and simple writen. I am more worried if the card reader is making the problems.

Could be, wouldn't be the first one. Is the folder also empty if you just remove the card from the reader and put it back in, without roundtripping the card in the camera?
What reader is it and what OS?

Nope, the folder was not empty if I would take it out of the reader and back again.
I managed somehow after 5-6 times. I put only one LUT inside. Somehow it's not possible to transfer more at once?

That is really strange...

The reader is a SanDisk Pro and I'm using Win 10 Pro x64.

Make a folder called "luts".
That folder goes in the root directory.
Inside place LUTs with a max size of 33x33x33.
You can import one or many via the menu.

Stupid to say, where can I check which are 33x and which are 65x ?

These are the ones I've tried... I've input the PROCESS one, but after 5-6 tries.

Phil Holland - yup, in the lut manual it says to put an empty folder named "luts" and put the luts inside.
But it didn't quite work as expected. I've put the new Beta firmware from December and going to try in a couple of days again.

Thank you for your inputs everyone!

Yep that is the procedure and all of those are indeed 33x33x33.

What camera are we talking here? And exactly what firmware?
