I had seen some posts about people having trouble powering tvlogic monitors off the Pro I/O. Is this still an issue? has anyone tried the 5.6" to the 4 pin LEMO? Thanks.

Yes it is still an issue. I purchased the Pro I/O thinking it was fully functional. The Aux Power has never worked making it useless for anything but an extra Evf port, which flickers and isn't great, the audio is crappy too. You can't power it with a Vmount either which a slap in the face and there is no d Tap.

I have been trying to get RED to help me with mine since July. I have been ignored by them since July on the subject. Just last week I finally got a response from the engineers saying that they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed in an upcoming build. Weill if that is the case why did RED release it 6 month ago?

Meanwhile after buying the Pro I/O they release the Meizler with aux power support for motors, d Tap and a V mount.

I can't imagine putting much faith in the Meizler after my Pro I/O experience. Meizler has way more going on than the Pro I/O.

I find this business practice totally unacceptable. If I had known that it didn't work I would of never purchased it. I feel swindled.

Buy the WC Jet pack.

Our Pro I/O get extremely hot when it in use and eats 2 redvolt XL's super quickly, only used the audio inputs and EVF so far now we made some power cables to run FF systems but I'm worried that it will not deliver enough power and if it does it will eat batteries.
Seams like both the module adaptor and the pro I/O was just made as a quick way to finnish of the red one trade ins. I will wait and read reviews more carefully before ordering next time for sure.

Not to hijack, but I am currently having an issue with one of my Pro I/Os. It will intermittently fail to send video out either the PGM or PVW BNCs.
Currently working with Red Support on it.
However, I agree that the shriveled-testes power output makes it a disappointment for those of us hoping to power accessories with it.
It IS nice that older, standard remote triggers now play nice with the GPIO connectors.
Cheers,
Harry
