Because the Miller Cineline 70 I'm using only does 90˚ degrees on Tilt Up & 75˚ on Tilt Down, so with the GDU 20˚ Tilt Plate I can now reach 90˚ on Tilt Down as well...

And as far as the Side Handle goes... As I told Jarred,

I love the Black Rubberized Grip that comes with the Side Handle for RED, as it is super comfortable and very soft...

But the GDU Wooden Grip for the Side Handle is incredibly well crafted, very light, fits perfectly and of course it is simply "Class" in the palm of your hand...
