Power Supply for EPIC

Good day . Just planing to update camera build . And there is mandatory option to use only Power Supply when updating camera .
Sow can i use my MX camera Power Adapter to power Epic ?

BUT... you will need the 1B to 2B adapter - the connector is different on the EPIC (SMALLER) to keep the form factor down.

they are for sale on Reduser for $190... allows you to use all your RED ONE power

EDIT: NEVER EVER use a battery for updates. DEANAN made that crystal clear. Power varies too much (not just about it running out before update is done)

Red don't supply a mains power unit with the camera (which is crazy as they say you need it to install the firmware).

You need to buy it as an extra.
