If my Weapon looses power while recording will I loose the footage it was recording at the time of power loss?
Recording both R3D + ProRes

R3D should finish writing appropriately "usually".

ProRes will barf on whatever 4GB chunk it's writing "usually".

I've had this happen a couple times. Mag will not load any clips and give you a playback error, but everything should be fine once you offload the Mag. If this ever happens, REMOVE the Mag immediately and don't record anymore to it before formatting it.

I had a file go missing after an Epic Dragon abruptly lost power due to a faulty AB brick. REDUNDEAD was able to extract the whole clip up to the moment (I think) power was lost, even though it didn't show up in playback on the camera or Redcine.
