Just shot a music video on the Salt Flats of near Uyuni Bolivia. My camera performed better then us in that heat. :)

Haven't posted mine before...finally have a decent matte box for it.

My guess is that it's the Losmandy.

Good call. Couldn't figure it out from that plate, but the round tube gives it away. Thank you.

Here is our setup. All of the accessories are from Fortis Cinema. The package i got lets me use full size XLR cables via fortis XLR cable adapters. The adapters can be mounted on the top and bottom plate. I bought mine from fortiscinema because they are well priced and I had been hearing great reviews about their products. They work great for me and and prevent anything from disconnecting. They also keep the cables from getting in the way which is great and helps with my work flow. Anyway, Just thought I would share! :)

Here's my current rig in progress. I'm coming from the hdslr world (GH2 Driftwood), so Scarlet-X #02170 broke my RED cherry. Looking forward to posting new work.

What battery is this dyna?

Red Scarlet Rig

Red Scarlet Rig

Here is one version of my new rig. Luckily all me Red rock Micro gear i had for my DSLRs fit like a dream. I also have the v mount batteries on there way, The weight on this is too back heavy at moment but will mainly be used with a 70-200mm and over to shoot surfing so it balances out perfect.

My only problem i have with this setup is attaching the RedRock shoulder mount to the Wooden camera baseplate is done with 2 screws and takes a few minutes to take off... I need to find some quick release plates. Any suggestions?

Gear used

*Wooden camera base blate
*Wooden camera riser
*Redrock Micro shoulder rig
*Redrock Micro Cinema bundle ( but i'm only using the matte box and one are and some rods)
*Marshall 5 inch monitor
*Red 5inch monitor
*Red Scarlet
*Redrock follow focus
*Red quad module and adapter plus redvolts
*Sachtler 20s1 Head and sticks
