Hello,

With this V-Mount battery, D-Tap Output (12v)
Capacity: 70wh, 4.8Ah
Design Voltage: 14.8v

Should give roughly 1 hour of power to the Scarlet?

Or am I completly mistaken and this does not work?
As far as I understand it is almost double the power of a redvolt.

Reason for posting is that I stocked up 3 of these and now switch from BMCC to Scarlet.
Thanks so much.

Cheers

John - can't see what capacity of the battery has to do with anything here. V-brick is a V-brick. You will be fine.
Don't know what Switronix charges for the RED plate, but the WoodenCamera version (also Switrionics) is $299.
Love mine...

I have the exact same batteries and they work fine on my Scarlet. The only issue I encountered was when you press the button to meter how much power is left on the brick, it shut the camera off. Not sure why it does this, but otherwise, the battery was fine. In general, it lasted about 45-50 min, but I was also running an onboard monitor.
