The margin on the Production of those lenses doesn't seem to be to big, so I was only able to negotiate two Tiers.

The Lenses would ship out of China directly from DZOFiLM and shipping would cost around 100$ (maybe I can arrange here something more with the shipping if we are enough people.

I wrote possible group buy, because I only think it makes sense if we hit the 10%. So let me know if you are interested, before we finalise the group buy.

Thanks for looking into this, Bastien. I'm interested in learning more about these lenses-- intrigued by Phil Holland's notes and the promo footage that the company itself posted. While they might be a good fit for what I do, I think I need to see more footage and hear more about the mechanics. For now, I think I'd pay a bit more to get it from a local vendor who can deal with any service issues.

Has anyone seen any tests from these in the wild? I'm interested, but am wary of cheap glass after using the Fuji MKE line. The flaring on those things is so god awful as to be almost unusable.

the warranty runs directly with DZOFiLM - once the lens was purchased you can register it online.

DZOFILM warrants that your purchase is free from defects. Under normal use, during the limited warranty period.
The wawrranty period is 12 months, starts on the date shown on your sales receipt.
