  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Planet Earth's got nothing on you Jim. Very sharp. RED's going to have a great library of 4K footage before you know it.
 
Jarred very impressive, I have seen similar shots in Maranello on the Ferrari's curve test, but this shoots are so amezing, thanks for sharing with as.

The mount you used I'm sure is the Item #4399 from Filmtools.(some one asked)

Jim, I hope you are not serius about domping the 1Ds Mark II for good. I just preorder the 1Ds Mark III.

But again some time back when a year and a half a go I asked if I could substitute my 1D body with RED.. well I have my answer now!

She is a beauty JIM, I hope she did not and up on your wall.

I'm filled with anticipation till years end to get my hands on my RED's.

The images you posted are stunning and fabulous. What a camera!

Is it just my imagination or a real effect that after seeing now enough samples, I feel like seeing the wavelet compression in the background of Jim's image on the dear? But, even if so, this is just hairsplitting.

If you are seeing compression... it is jpeg compression to make this 1K.

Great car stuff ! looks like good fun. I use to have a '70 Z28, soon I'll have my Red..can the 911 be far behind ? All you guys with cameras are having too much fun.

get yourself a better key grip. that car mount on that porsche was a ticking time bomb.
 
So, how hard is it to clean a bunch of 80 MPH embedded bug guts off of an ND filter?
