Hey Joe,
R3D and PluralEyes v3 don't work well together (unsupported format). I emailed Redgiant last week about this, here was their response...
Haven't tested this though. I found that v2.0.4 (7151) works if you can find it.
EDIT #1: v2 8787 doesn't work for me still, I get a "A third party component threw an exception: External component has thrown an exception.." message. I'm going to try to find 7151.
EDIT #2: I think I figured it out. v2 7151 only works if you have Adobe Media Encoder CS6 (I've confirmed it to work with 6.0.3.1 and confirmed it doesn't work with AME CC). So wow, my winning combination will have to be PLE v2 (Build 7151) with AME CS6 (Build 6.0.31) until Red Giant gets their act together and updates their v3 to read R3D files. Red Giant really dropped the ball on us editors who edit .R3D files. Way to take a step backwards guys.

Hi Ryan,
The last version of PluralEyes 2 was 2.0.8 (8787). You can find that build in the PluralEyes v2 folder of this installer package.
