This might be a dumb question, but I just received my RED mote and I have tried to get it paired with my EPIC and I have had no luck...is there anywhere the correct procedure?
The EPIC finds the RED mote, but I just can't seem to be able to control the EPIC from the RED Mote.

PLEASE HELP

When you see the options for which to connect to Scroll to the third one which will say the cameras name which is probably default I would put it on the back of the camera and rename the camera then connect again and find that name. I also had to use it connected to scroll to the pair button and press that.

Make sure the firmware is up to date... Connect the RedMote to your Mac or PC and install the firmware -- IMPORTANT that both camera and Redmote are using the same firmware... At least that was an issue for me. If not, call RED and talk to you Bomb Rep.

Thanks, I have got it to work.
