  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Beautiful work, Luca!

I'd actually be curious to know what, if any, filtration was used, or if something was applied in post. The film grain obviously adds a lot of texture and softens the look of the Ultra Primes, and the vignetting adds a lot to the "vintage" feel of the visual design.
 
Hi Harvey, thank you so much, I do appreciate your kind words!
We have preferred to avoid filters as much as possible due to the post-production (there are a lot of invisible retouches).
Most of the analogic look was achieved in the final color correction process.
 
Very cool! I love the subtle VFX in this. I am a VFX artist with a Gemini and it's been a great camera for it. Well done, and congrats on your music video!
 
Hi Bryan, yes there are a few different scenes fixed in VFX.
If you're interested to explore a little bit more, I can easily share a PDF breakdown of the scenes tweaked in post-production. :calm:
