  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

OLPF

I think ours in a Fedex package coming our way as we speak... So I think that will change soon. Estimated arrival 6 pm friday. :)
 
i talked to red today...both are not available...you can chose one to put in your camera when you exchange the non swap OLPF..both will be shipping soon, and at the same time...not sure how others are getting them but this is what i was told on the phone today..

i got the OLPF upgrade email so i am going to ship out next week is my plan

false alarm... red delivered a cable that they claim I ordered over a year ago.... I dont know what it's for or what was the holdup but it's a 2 pin lemo with a flying lead... so no olpf package just yet :)
 
can you choose for RED to send you the kit of the swap OLPF, so you can do it yourself at home?? or is your only choice sending the camera to RED? thanks guys!
 
I sent mine in a week ago, Red technicians are working on ensuring that the sensor specs are updated to the latest revisions. Well, I am glad that I didn't choose the DIY home kit, I think is more complex.
