  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

OFFHOLLYWOOD

Fantastic! Great story too. I feel your pain about pitching Red One to Production Companies in the early days...and it can still be a bear.

Thankfully, many are addicted to the DSLR "film look" but demand a better acquisition camera without bullshit workarounds.

With Pany and Sony around the corner,
Priming their contenders,
And egging the naysayers.
Damn the dissenters.

Bring it.

when the OffHollywood MX walk test footage was posted here earlier this year, I must've watched it fifty times... I was stunned. the stars aligned and a few weeks later I was an R-1 owner. it's a dizzying, thrilling time. it's a privilege to stand (even at the back!) in the storied line of serial numbers, and dreamers.

congratulations!

Congrats Mark!!!

That means officially EPIC starts shipping one week before Christmas.

Amazing news!!!

I see you are happy, also all of the RED Users and of course the RED Team.

This thing definitely is going to shake the whole industry!!!

Way to end the year RED! It was a long labor, she's a beauty. Happy Birthday!

Congrats on the new addition Mark! Hopefully the others can adjust to the attention the this one is going to get over the holidays.

What Mark said!

FANTASTIC NEWS MARK! You earned it man, thanks for the great party last night...(delete those pictures please)

Epic!! Congrats, Mark. You really deserve it.

The first of many. Here's to the next one, and the one after that. I'm in with the huddled masses way back past where you can see a line, but one of these days I'll be buying Red, and knowing that I'm buying the best - and not just the best product, but the best philosophy. Keep up the great work!

i Tell you Jarred is ALWAYS the one whipping out the COOLz pictures!!! He has the magic touch for that!!! Although he doesnt say much!! Silent but Deadly!!! Like a stinky Fart!! Nobody hears him coming but when hes here Everybody pays attention!! LOL

It was just a couple months ago that several of my film comrades were saying things like "Epic will be great, if it ever comes out," and of course, "vaporware."
I said, "Just watch. It's real, and it's almost here." This is an auspicious day. Congratulations, Mark.

Goos bump time. Congrats Mark!

But even moreso to Jim and Jarred and (what Mark said) you guys have put up with a lot of bullshit... even this latest Variety FUD.

SUCCESS IS THE BEST REVENGE! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TEAM RED!

Congratulations Mark!

This is one time I wish I was the OTHER Mark Pederson ;)

Enjoy :)
