  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Yes! The Scarlet S35 is still in!

Touch screen focusing. Is this what I think it is? My mind is boggled over how BIG this is. If a user can apply custom easing curves to control the method of focusing, this is huge.

That just so reminds me of the ZX-81 times, when one could save a bit of money by putting that computer together oneself...

I love that gunner configuration, looks phantastic for ENG / EFP work. And 1080 downsampled -that should open up a huge door towards the broadcast marked.

100 fsp at full resolution. Awesome.

Totally intrigued by what the "5 Axis Adjustable Sensor Plate" and "3 Axis internal motion sensor" means.

Love GPS.

If I buy a used Red One today, and have the ownership transferred can I get the trade-in? Or is that closed off as well?

The 3Axis Gyro is super duper cool. Will it be a module or built in to all the brains? Or just on epic brains? Please don't be epic brains only.

Is the Monstro still guestimated at EpicX+ 6 months. Are the Scarlet FF35s launching with the Epic FF35s?
 
If I buy a used Red One and have the ownership transferred after Oct 29th, will that still count for an upgrade? Or has that been closed too?
 
Jim thanx for being the leader that you are and being in the trenches the entire time, also i want thank all of you pros who are here on Red User, you actually teach when you are talking with each other, I'm glad to now I have more time to save and get a scarlett, not sure what it will cost but I will make sure I have a deposit at least if needed. I have learned a lot form all of you.

But seriously, I wonder what the "3 axis internal motion sensor" is for ?

I believe RED only guarantees proprietary drives, especially when it comes to SSD, as it is very difficult to connect a third-party HDD to the RED.
