  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Now it begins. Red BT shipping

but now we're getting a R1 with MX sensor and a solid firmware with redcolor 3 and red gamma3... Seems a great deal! The best I could imagine!

@Ordered mine 11/7, things are going on schedule and this is really good! Thanks bomb squad!

Still 90% better than all offerings in it's price range, even 5 years later. Lets see if we can get a BT Epic for $5k 4 years from now
 
I'm with you guys! Finally able to get an R1 and I am so stoked! After working with them for years doing rentals, it will be nice to finally bring it home for the night and not feel all dirty after I used it for the day and then sent her home with no tip.
 
Erick I'm excited for you! i ordered mine 11/01/12 too but haven't received delivery confirmation yet. hopefully soon. damn you're lucky
 
It's the deal of a lifetime without doubt. If I were buying my first Red One now I'd be jumping up and down.
 
Same. Aside from my initial order confirmation and briefly confirming with the Bomb Squad I've heard nothing. Haven't even been billed yet, but I've got all the confirmation. Ordered 6 and a half hours after they went online...

Just got billed! aside from that I've heard nothing unfortunately. I think I ordered mine around the same time as you Danny

Wondering what version of the firmware you guys will be receiving. Official R1 RELEASE BUILD is 31.6.16 which does not include REDCOLOR3/REDGAMMA 3. The BETA RELEASE is currently 32.0.2 which does have it. Jarred had mentioned an official release build mid to late november that will fix some bugs found in 32.0.2. That may in fact time out with shipping of BT R1s. Do let us know what ships with it. meanwhile, keeping an eye on the support site for the Build 32 update.
 
I ordered the camera on 2Nov but still didn't heard anything about my order and the order status showing it still didn't ship :(
And the Bomb Squad is having holiday now until 26Nov......
2-3 weeks shipping promise failed.

I ordered on 11-1-12 as well and received shipping confirmation as well!!! Yaaah! :-)
