  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

November 3rd logistics...

Wow, that's great! Would love to come and be there. My only question would be if ordering at RSH that night instead of on the internet going to push us much lower on the shipping queue since I'm pretty sure it was previously mentioned that it was on a first come first serve basis? I'm sure orders online will be multiplying by the second... That would be my only hesitance to attending...

Who should we rsvp to be at the studio?
 
Quick question:

I'm sorry if this has been touched upon before, but I plan on using a new Scarlett (or an EPIC) for a production in Chile next year, and Chile is 220v (like Europe) not 110v. Is there a RED adapter for all the power equipment so users can recharge internationally, or is it built in, or is it "go buy a transformer" type of deal?

Orders are staken onsite and online. Oh boy.
It's 2am at the moment of the Announcement and 3am when people can start ordening. I'm going to be so to late. I'm going to be at the end of a very long list. I have to wait until morning glory to tell my wife the specs and prices. :smile:

This is very exciting! I'd love to be there -- how can we make reservations? I feel very lucky to be able to be a part of what I believe is a major turning point in our craft. I am also very lucky to be able to pass this on to young people beginning their training and careers. I look forward to the Scarlet and RED workflow becoming an integral part of our media arts program at Glendale Community College. I have the funds ready to go, but I can't order on the spot -- I have to go through our purchase order process. I hope we don't end up too far down the order list!

Uhm, I assumed that the chargers are 110-240 Volts (like on every laptop) and I just need an adaptor for the plug.

I have no idea if this post has effect, but count me in! I'll of course use whatever more formal registration process that's rolled out.

Even with restricted numbers you guys are going to get absolutely mauled?

If one has a more tech head/geeked out specific technical question for (requirements) is it best to be at RED Studio, or on line or wait a day for the dust to settle (not that it ever will after that point).

Any idea how many days before all orders that can shipped will be filled?

On my first trip to RSH, I got to hold a Scarlet. On my second trip, hopefully I will be leaving with one! Count me IN!
 
As a very happy Epic X owner, should i watch this ?
