Noise on a Red Epic w 4K 8:1

It seems to me I have noise in my video footage. Looks like dancing small grain. It really doesn't look much better than a DJI drone recording 4K with all the dancing noise I see. I've black shaded the DSMC2. Thoughts? I am new to this camera but for the price I would think I would get much better outcomes than this kind of quality I am experiencing.
