No 4:3 option on epic dragon above 4K?

Does anyone know why there’s no 4:3 option at 6k and 5k on the epic dragon? There’s 3:2 but I bar to go down to 4K before there’s a 4:3 option. I could shoot 6k 3:2 and then crop the additional footage off the sides. Seems counter intuitive...

Because you are height restricted by 4:3 to as many ks as the chip is wide. So you can't have 6k 4:3 because there is not enough vertical resolution.

Is that really so Nick? I think on monstro I can have 8k 6:5 which for sure is not 8k in width. I think for dragon you can go 5k 6:5 with is quite close to 4:3. 5:6 is actually the standard for widescreen as 2.35 is not really the format but 2.39 is. No?
