  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New RED.COM support portal

Tony, I really appreciate this post. You are a straight shooter who will call out the bad as well as the good.

As far as the new portal, a great collaboration between our tech support team (Brad Harris and Nick G, mainly) and our RED.com team (namely Travis A, Brad Haydon, and David N).

As far as LEARN, Jarred called me about a year ago and said we need to step it up on the educational front on RED.com. Sean M, our technical copywriter, is a certified rock star who makes the LEARN section tick.

Credit to those guys for taking the charge from Jarred and running with it.

:) Sean sure is one amazing dude!

And I have to say, the website is getting a lot of improvement with each step. I really like it a lot!
Now on to the mobile version ;)

In the last 2 years I have seen a great improvement in customer service. I just had an Epic repaired and it was quick and very nice. versus when I upgraded a RED ONE to MX which was... not as great.

The LEARN section is becoming a huge asset. I can point to clients who are not technical savvy and it helps with my sales pitch. Also, I have it as a MUST read for everyone including Video Assist guys. KUDOS on this section.

I am really glad you guys are listening and improving. Thank you!!

Great. Looks like lots of Dragon related questions. Hopefully a sign of good things to come!

The support portal is currently experiencing technical issues. They are working on it and we will post when back live.

EDIT: We are back live.
