Hey y'all,

Since both Swit and Core are releasing new batteries with some updated features, do we know if/when they'd be added to the Approved battery list? Do they pass through battery percentage data?

Can't speak for the SWIT, but the Core SWX NanoX batteries use the same exact cells in the previous gen and OEM RED batteries, so I wouldn't have any reservations on those in particular. V-Mount does pass through charge data from what I saw at NAB on those.

Just to update this thread - I had a chance to use both of these batteries on a V-Raptor and a Komodo-X. They both pass through charge data.

The only downside I see to the OMNI is the D-TAP Port placement. Seems they're running Sanyo Cells that seem to be pretty well regarded. I you're running a KX and don't use D-TAP, that's a pretty well priced option.

The NanoX batteries are more expensive but a bit nicer build quality and no obstucted D-TAP ports.
