  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New MoVI

Love the progression these gimbals are taking.

A little bummed that I paid the $9k price tag in mid june and now prices were slashed.. BUT.. none the less I'm very excited for this. Time to hope someone buys my M15.

Now I want one.

It's basically a mix between a Beast (but classier) and a Sachtler, with MoVI highend feel.
They nailed it perfectly. Price is high though, considering all the thing you have to add. It's more like 10k+

I wonder if you can use traditional handle bars?

hmm, man oh man o manischewitz, this thing with the epic-w and a jetpack.......

steve

this is the one. it leaves all the imitators in the dust. I think it's pretty cheap considering.

Too bad they don't offer longer lengths for their Red control cables for those that aren't using the jetpack that have base expanders.

Ok this is definitely on the list of gear to acquire.

Just checked Freefly store, can one not buy bare gimbal without ring, mimic etc?

How about net weight of gimbal without ring/stand? Could not find anything in the specs.
Freefly praised it is lightweight, but how lightweight? If they can keep gimbal under 2Kg that would be fantastic.

Interesting, will have an eye on this.
