Chrosziel Swing-away Option

Is there a swing away kit for this matte box ?

Yes. Chrosziel will offer a swing-away kit option. We do not yet have pricing for this new item; it will be posted once we have more information.

138mm Polarizer

138mm Polarizer

Does this mean there is no way to use a 138mm round with this mattebox? Even as an option?

There really seems to be a gap in the market for 4x5.65 matteboxes with 138mm support and lightweight 15mm rods. I'd be all over the MB-1 if it had support for a 138mm bellows. Funny enough the only one that is meeting all these criteria is the $400 kock-off I got from Ebay built in India!

The MB 456 Academy does not have an option for a rubber bellows.

Chrosziel makes a filter holder to support 138mm round filters. Therefore, you can still use your 138mm round filter in the third rotating filter stage.

If a rubber bellows is a must, Chrosziel offers other solutions to meet your needs.
