Ultra light (325g / 0.7 lb); heavy duty Viewfinder Mount. Adjustable in all axis. 7075 "Aircraft" aluminum. Extendable Rod with special DUROX (Teflon) coating. Easy angle adjustment.

The ActionProducts EVF-mount can be mounted directly onto 19mm rods (with ActionProducts 15mm adapter also on 15mm rods), so basically anywhere on your RED camera. Tilt friction of the EVF mount can be adjusted from zero to tight continuously.

That looks pretty cool. :)

Looks nice.

I am still thinking about it.

If it's more flexible than Zacuto or ET then it worth to get it.

What am I missing here? It seems to address the one axis that is the least important. Going fore and aft, up and down, in my experience are bigger priorities that ET seems to solve somewhat well. The axis going in/out from the body as well as being able to twist the eyepiece while nice and all, but not as critical. Also, I see that peg sticking out the back, especially when you position the EVF towards the rear butting into the the MB.

Most importantly, where is the fore and aft flexibility. Even ET's doesn't go as far forward as I'd like (for better HHeld balance).

The whole EVF mount is an area that still has room for big improvement and better prices.

Well, it's bases round the idea to use 19mm rods, so you can mount it anywhere on your red if you have 19mm rods (or 15mm rods and use a reducer).
I use it a lot mounted on the lower rods, or when on tripod on the top 19mm rods towards the back of the camera - will see if I can get some more pics soon.
