It's still saying my S/N is not eligible to go from Scarlet to Epic. Should be as it was part of the big BT group.

One other question: Will these new Epics as part of the trade-in, already have the new fan system in place?

but I think they put the wrong title (if you read the description below, it describes the upgrade tp Epic X or Epic Dragon). Instead of Scarlet Dragon Trade In, it should say SCARLET-X MYSTERIUM-X is for EPIC-X MYSTERIUM-X or EPIC-XRED DRAGON
