  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

My son is born!

Thanks Tom! Being a dad is a breathtaking experience. There's something so deeply primally satsifying about producing a son :-). Ironically, it has made me so much more productive in my growth in filmmaking, both in artistic inspiration and in motivating me to work hard. I'm still a software developer by day and I want to work hard to become a Director...I want my sons to know their old man made it. He makes me that much more driven.

IMO his first birthday present should be a Scarlet or DSMC, which you'll guard for him until he's old enough to start in his Daddy's footsteps as a cinematographer :biggrin:

Thanks Steve! I'll definitely tell my Dad you said hi, he really enjoys it every time he gets to talk to you two (as do I).

Heck yes! I will be proud of him, regardless of what he is in life. Whether he's a Director or a DP or a Producer or an Editor, I will be proud :-)

Congratulations and good luck on getting any sleep for a while...again. :) Two young ones is a crazy ride for sure. Three times as tiring as one, but when the fun begins it's ten times more fun.

I'm in the early end of post on two ow these, but their female counterparts, the male one is a bit further down the production chain.
