I have a barely used Titan Microwave Wireless Transmitter Set for sale. I really need to get rid of this quickly. Comes with one transmitter and one receiver. Additional receivers are available for purchase elsewhere.

$1950 - or best reasonable offer. NOW $1850

The Titan 95TITANSET claims bragging rights by being the first multi-directional microwave wireless transmitter and receiver set. The 95Titanset can broadcast through walls without resynchronization of the video picture. This transmitter and receiver set has a 1000 ft (300 m) line of sight, a 2.4 Ghz frequency range, four preset channels, and is FCC, IC, and CE certified.

Key Features

• Stable Signal
The 95Titansets' signal stays stable when the transmitter and receiver are moving.

• Certifieds
The 95Titanset is FCC, IC, and CE certified.

• User Friendly
The 95Titanset has four preset channels (2412.5 Mhz, 2427.5 Mhz, 2442.5 Mhz, 2457.5 Mhz)
95Titanset can be used with any monitor
Transmitter and receiver are easily transportable

I MUST SELL THIS RIGHT AWAY!

I'll accept paypal, and will ship insured, but would prefer cash- local pick up in Los Angeles.

Last sale fell through. Titan is still available. I'm open to offers.

How are you powering this unit, are you including bat adapters for rx and tx?

Thanks,

Hi Paul,

I have always powered the Receiver through a 12v 4 pin xlr battery (which has been supplied by production) I have the proper Lemo 2 to 4pin XLR cable to do this.

The transmitter is powered on camera via Hirose6 to Fischer 3pin RS. Obviously other cable configurations are available, but these are the ones that come with the set up. If you need help finding cables to fit your needs, I'm sure I can help.

I do have a Hirose6 to Fischer 4pin composite power/video cable that I use for my monitor, that I would be willing to throw in at an additional cost.

I will do some research and see If I can use this with my HDX900 as well as red. thanks

We have one of these Titans and can't say enough good things about it. The signal passes thought anything it seems! Same great quality as their monitors... and Noel and Marianne at Transvideo bend over backwards for their customers. We needed a cable made and sent on a Satuday and they made it happen in a day!

Grab it at this price!

The Titan Wireless transmitters have 9-36VDC input, and an Anton Bauer cable can easily be made. No reason why they wouldn't work with your HDX900 (using SD signal).

I actually was very interested in this piece, but Mr. Morgan was not willing to do a "I'll take it back if it doesn't work like it is supposed to" sale. No way I'll ever buy gear without the option to return it if it doesn't work properly.

Stephen,

As I told you in the private message: I can guarantee that the unit works as it's supposed to - it's tested.

What i can't guarantee is that you won't just return it because you don't want to go through the trouble of having a cable made to make it work with your particular camera. Cables can be expensive, and I can see where that might be an issue. I don't need that kind of hassle because you change your mind, and may say that it didn't work the way you wanted it to. It works with the cables I provide with it, and if it doesn't I'll accept a return.

In the private message I told you I would accept your incredibly lowball offer on those grounds, and for you to post this here in what seems to be an attempt at thwarting my sale is not only unprofessional, but it's rude.

I don't care how much gear you've bought and sold in the past. I am a professional filmmaker in the professional motion picture business. I treat all of my colleagues as professionals, and expect the same.

On that note. The Titan is still for sale, and the price is lower. - And I guarantee it works.

Sold?

Sold?

No new posts.... Is it still available?

Hi all,

The transmitter is available for sale again! I had to take it off the market in Jan and Feb because I was using it on a movie out of town.... I can say it performed flawlessly. I also had a few new cables made up for it.

feel free to shoot me offers.

Isn't this SD only and would not work with Red One? Wouldn't all RED owners require HD-SDI?

Please advise,

Alot of traditional kit for film is SD (obviously not all).. an SD downconverter is not a bad idea for certain situations..

You can still have the HD stuff close the cam for the focus puller.

I went through this with Stephen regarding the sale of a cooke lens....he insisted on having a right to "test and evaluate", although I assured him that the lens was in excellent condition. I also agreed to take the lens back after a 5 day period. As I re-read his pm, it appears as though his real intentions were to try the lens out to see if he liked it as opposed to just making sure it functioned properly. He then informed me he was going to count his pennies and get back to me. Never heard from him again, not even to say not interested. It appears as though he thinks the used cinema market is going to be just like buying something new, and that ordinary people should place warranties on used things like we're futureshop.
On the other hand, perhaps its just all a misunderstanding.....

But look, a bump for you. Good luck with the sale
