Monstro Low Light - Playing with Fire.

Nice work guys. I'm still learning Resolve. The possibilities seems to be endless with it.

James, The more time you give to Resolve, and for that matter RedcineX, the more each will give you back in skill and creative possibilities.

Hey! That sounded like a commercial!

[Zeb B]

That's actually the first one I've ever done. I made this one in GIMP, then just uploaded the gif file to the image-hosting site I use (Imageshack in this case) and embedded it in the post like any other picture.

Thanks! Imma gonna try dat soon

Looks good Rand.

Thanks for the gifmaker link too, I didn't know gif's could be done with more than a 256 colour palette, hence the low-res and banding in mine.

Looking at the practicality of the effect, I'm wondering if it needs to have the colours spilling/bouncing/reflecting more (onto the face for example)?

[rand thompson]

I see what you mean, so with either the pillow color change or shirt color change or the combo of both, the face and or hands should reflect it more.

[Björn Benckert]

Why is the wall only one color?

Bjorn,

I never thought about changing that, I will try to get around to doing that today, Bjorn, thanks again for providing this footage and allowing me to be a little stupid with it.

[rand thompson]

Bjorn,

I tried not to get any paint on your sofa or light fixtures that comes to a total of $450 sir, cash or card

Thats cool. Do a zoom on him as well - using his eyes as the zoom center point ;-)

[Patrick Tresch]

Didn't we get a bit off the road with this thread lately? ;-)

[rand thompson]

Patrick last one, and you are absolutely Right !

never really key framed much in resolve, on my "to know how to do list". but here goes. The video is not really long enough to get a smooth faster zoom.
