Hey guys,
So we have the Mac Pro with the AJA Kona 3 card and it's connected to the Blackmagic HDLink Pro, which is feeding to the Apple 30" Monitor. Everytime I do an easy setup for one of AJA's 2K settings, the monitor does some flippy crap and then the AJA control panel pops up with "invalid 2k format". Sometimes the thing just defaults down to 1080p. So can one of you learned folks on here walk me through the process of actually "seeing" full rez 2K on the big screen? Is there some small switch I need to flip somewhere? Let me know.
