  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

So, about the BOMB EVF - congrats on getting a whack load of them out the door this wek - but... What does this mean? Any ETA on when you're out of backorder?

Looking forward to having all the parts, waiting is even more painful when you got the camera sitting next to you. Then again, you can just go out and shoot :)
 
Are you guys going to be selling the Quad charger in a package with batteries or will it strictly be sold separately? Also, the X-package includes the Dual-Battery module right? Are you able to pay the difference and get a Quad instead or will you have to buy both and sell the one you don't use?

Edit: Never mind, answered the second part of my question already...
 
Are the backordered REDmotes ones that were ordered separately a la carte? In other words, are REDmotes allocated to Stage 2 package orders, or is it possible one may receive a Stage 2 package with a missing REDmote on backorder?

all the Backpack system pieces are end of September.

no ala carte REDMOTES available, they are only attached to the M and X packages right now until we regain stock. There will be Stage 2 Packages that ship without the REDMOTE.

He he, it sure doesn't surprise me... I did said it more then once that THOUSANDS would be sold, the RED CANON Electronic Mount is an Absolute piece of Art on EPIC... And opens a new realm of possibilities...;)
 
I'm torn as to whether or not to return the RED Quickplate and put a bit more money into the Backpack Quickplate system or not. I have about 4 days to make that decision before the 10-day return policy is up. Ugh. Decisions, decisions...
 
Speaking of batteries and such, will a quick plate be available for Epic?
 
Is there any "new" pics of the Pro I/O?

I keep hearing/reading this - I thought RED ONE accessories worked on EPIC?

Does the EPIC quickplate need an adapter? or the RED ONE if you want to use it?

What is this adapter? Who sells it? Pics?
