Menu clean/full button assign with Scarlet Dragon

With the Red Scarlet Dragon It is possible to assign a button to have clean lcd (without menu) on the red touch 5" to judge focus more accurately and then press the button again and the menu will show up again as it did in my old Red one?

Can't you just have auto hide on and touch the screen for menus to come back on?

I´ll try auto hide, but I have the side handle with a lot of assignable buttons and it would be cool to assign one button just to hide the menu and also to getting the menu back.

With auto hide enabled, you can bring up the menus by pressing the MENU button (the small button to the upper left of the d-pad and wheel).
