  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

As a Union AD and a Producer, I can tell you that that unions are sometimes a necessary element to protect myself ... from myself.

In all seriousness, there are truly amazing and talented people in this industry ... both union and non-union.
 
I bet RED have their own arc reactor hidden away somewhere to feed these things...:D

I use one of these to power my DIT cart. Can never have enough outlets and there's a super cool battery in there that can keep my cart powered for 3 days.

p.s.- I wish. APCs will have to do for now.
 
will we abe able to give names to our EPIC's and have them writen on the side like "GHOST"??
 
Jarred, don't know if you have a shoulder mount around *grin* but would love to hear how an Epic with say the 17-50 on the front and the old RED bricks on the back for counterweight feels balance-wise? Compared to say an old Sony shoulder-mounted cam which hits the spot ergonomics-wise for me I think. I find the One can be a bit ungainly for run and gun and can see the Epic being much more suitable for a full day of shooting run and gun with the RED Bricks giving crazy battery life on the Epic I'm assuming.

Does the EPIC brain have any audio outputs? I've seen photos and clips of it and I'm guessing that comes in the attachment you affix on the back of the brain.
