So maybe we can create some guidelines here on RU that will prevent this from happening again. It’s pretty strong language to Black List for a basic bad judgement choices. I would think your choice to not buy their products would be choice enough. I for one am interested in different choices of products like theirs.

The guidelines already exist and they are quite clear.

Can, but won't be. There are much worse offenders. Only the government can sue people under it and they don't.

They're just lucky he probably didn't send out any faxes. My dad's company's insurance paid out something like $3 million because they sent out a few faxes about an upcoming class in one area.
