I have now watched the video from Mark Toia - Why Red. It's just incredibly cool!!!!!!! I have a question. I saw on instagram that he likes to use Sigma lenses. What lenses he used while shooting these videos? Video is very sharp, beautiful bokeh! I'm flattered...:blush2::blush2::blush2::blush2::blush2::blush2::blush2::blush2:

I could be wrong, but I think that was a Sigma ART conversion from GL Optics.

I think Mark knows a thing or two about what glass and how to use them in a given situation. I'd even go out of my way to say, give him a coke bottle glass lens and he'd create art with it!

Although he has mentioned he likes the performance of the GL converted Sigma ARTs he also has many other lenses he uses so not all of those were shot on Sigmas.
He's just one of the guys that really knows what he's doing and really knows how to make images shine.

Instagram Mar Toia I saw mostly EF lenses, this Sigma Art From the GL Canon and similar lenses. And saw Hans Inno Celere. For some reason I think very much he shoots with the Sigma Art, very much like the picture. Very sharp and nice.

Better ask Mark himself ofcourse. But I think he got the sigmas just recently, and this is edit is a pot purri of r3d´s where some of the clips are from quite early r3d days.
