Looking for custom PC build recommendations

I've reached the end of my journey with Apple and have decided to make the jump to PC. Looking to build a custom setup somewhere in the $3-5k range. Already have the monitor and a Promise Pegasus Thunderbolt raid. I also have a Red Rocket X that I currently run via external thunderbolt chasis to my MacBook Pro.
Most of my post work is color grading in Resolve though I do have the occasional edit to tackle (using Premiere). I want to be able to go R3D the whole way going forward.
Looking for any parts and/or configuration recommendations.
Is it worth keeping the Rocket or can I ditch it with the right GPU?

Items you could spend more? Add a 2nd GPU. Add internal RAID HD.

If you do two SSDs like I did here, only 1 can be M.2. The other needs to go in one of the SATA bays and thus needs to be SATA and not M.2
