Thanks Andrew -- I still have the intention of making this happen. I'm going to be talking with some fellow Texans and plenty of others at NAB and plan to pick this up again after that. Shooting now for May/June. The cost of the room at the Alamo may mean that we have to ask for a $10-$15 fee for attendees -- hoping I can scare up door prizes to help people feel like it'll be worth their while. More TK.

Nah, $15 isn't a huge deal (hopefully) -- but brace yourselves, it's likely to be on a Saturday morning, like 9 or 10 depending... Could make it a little tougher for folks coming from out of town (although who doesn't like a good excuse to come play in Austin on a Friday night?).
