I realize that. I was just pointing out that this Ebay seller has some interesting lenses for sale. My original question still stands:

"I don't know a TON about these, but I do know that some are highly sought after. I'm not in a position to buy this at the moment, but if I was would this be a good one?"

It is indeed possible to find some decent Lomos out there. They are a bit problematic to find somebody to service them (sometimes) in there is something amiss.

While more expensive, the Kowas are a nice option and produce what I would describe as a nice classic feel. They also aren't huge on the camera, which is plus for most.

I've literally only shot a couple test shots on the new Zeiss Master Anamorphics, but I can safely say those have a modern controlled look to them. They are very, very nice. Very contrasty considering all things too.

Hawks and the Vintage 74s are pretty great from the images I've seen off of them too. Much bigger however. The Vintage 74 have a look somewhere between classic and modern, which is pleasant to me.

Outside of that, Panavision Primo Anamorphics are lovely. Those look and feel great.

I've got a real love for anamorphic glass, but I'd have a hard time letting anybody buy Lomos who haven't tested them out first.
