I have a job tomorrow with one of my Dragons and I would like to install the latest firmware. However when I try to download it it tells me it's Locked and requires ownership of product and permission to download. I own 2 Dragons and it would be great if permission is sorted soon as I need to get to to bed for an early start. Red Europe is currently closed. I have emailed support but don't know how long it might take for a response.

Nick if your in a Jam is it something I can email to you?

Luis
been a long time glad to see your doing well with 2 Dragons.

Thank you to John Marchant & Kemalettin Sert for the emails, my camera is updated now, ready for shooting.
Hey Luis it has been a long time, if your ever in London I'll show you where to get a really good burger.

I had this problem when logging in directly from the main Red.com website a couple weeks ago. But when I linked in through from other places like my email or reduser I was able to download no problem. Don't know why but I had sent Red that problem back then too.

I just purchased my scarlet x on February 10th and just today the firmware update unlocked and it used to be locked. I can do the update now. The issue I am facing is when I click on the scarlet dragon to upgrade it tells me that you do not have serial number yet. Even though the camera is invoice.

It is locked because they have not built or shipped any scarlet dragons yet.
