  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Letus Gimbal

I saw that video and it looks great to me, question can he get the same results with a hand Held because the guy behind him had to help.

Does anyone here have any feedback or experience with the new Letus gimbal vest? Thinking of getting one and would appreciate any input.

Would be cool to see the footage side-by-side, as in exact scene shot with unstabilized GoPro mounted underneath the Gimbal to show the real effect. Hard to tell nowadays how much stabilization is done in post since those tools are getting better. All said, looks to be a cool product.

I bought one 2nd hand, got the longer arms for the Helix std and am using my Epic_w with Otus glass on it. I certainly don't have it set up perfectly yet, but just walking around it helps me get steadier footage. I'm a happy camper, expecting better things as I dial it all in further.

Thank you for the input Christian, I am very excited to try out this vest.
