Hello guys.
I have a question: keeping camera set up when not use, for example with lens attached, over night ,etc, can cause any damage to the Epic body?
Thanks

Put camera in position where it's not likely to get bumped or knocked over if possible - put tilt brake on if any, keep pan lock off (so camera turns rather than falling over if someone does brush against it hard. Put a lens cap on. Put large polybag over whole camera. Disconnect mains power. Go home.

It's fine but if you put it into a case or run bag that way make sure to stick a block of foam under the lens to give it some support. Otherwise bouncing around it can put some strain on the mount. PortaBrace actually makes a nice fabric covered block with a velcro strap to wrap around the lens.

Mitch, that sounds cool, but I couldnt find it on abelcine by searching for 'portabrace lens support'. Link?

I have had my lens almost continually on my camera since I got it. Which is over 2 years!
So I think you should be fine overnight :-)
