Hi
Anyone use this product with nylon chinese lanterns?
lanternlock.com
I'm trying to source nylon chinese lanterns that will work properly. According to Daniel from lanternlock 'The hole with
the rings (to hook onto the stretcher) needs to be 4 3/4" +-1/8" and the smaller hole needs to be 3 1/4"-4" to fit a Lanternlock properly.'

thanks for any feedback!

Yep. I use the 24".

Don't know what part of the world you're in, but Filmtools out here in Burbank has these in stock pretty much at all times with different lantern sizes.

1 of my reasons, besides durability, to go the faux silk-nylon route. I assume heat isn't so much an issue but would like to get some idea of recommended maximum wattage for a 24" synthetic ball, with both CFL's and tungsten bulbs.
