  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi All,

I ordered my Komodo on June 10th, RED collected my money on August 20th and now we are approaching 30 days after payment and I haven't received any shipping notification yet. Question is, how long after you paid did you receive yours? I have a feature starting to shoot in two weeks and I'm wondering if it'll get here in time!

Did your email say it was shipping between X-X weeks or ready to ship?

Doesn't hurt to reach out if there's a concern.

If it's in stock and ready to go, things usually ship real fast.
 
All I was told was early September when I paid. I'll check in to see if I can get an answer.

EDIT: I called and apparently there was an error in the system because I used a tax exepmt certificate. It'll be here next week!
