Hey Curtis-

Thanks for posting this! Any idea what's happening in the bottom left of the frame in the first few seconds? The fence/railing looks like
it has a little shudder to it. Did you stabilize that shot in post? Just curious.. Thanks!

Looks really good, but also noticed what Daniel is talking about. I'm guessing there's some post tweaking going on there or possible Vimeo compression weirdness. Outside of that, this looks pretty phenomenal for 4K streaming from Vimeo. Nicely done!

Yes, I noticed that too.
Could be many things. May just as well be a wobbly bit of the fence thats shaking too much from the wind, some post stabilisation gone wrong, or Vimeo, pure and simple.

You guys look too close,

yes that one shot w the railing i was playing w stabilization in resolve.
Just tried it on that one clip.

Rest was just hand held at 48fps.
Only rig on camera was a top handle w BM5 5” 2200 nit monitor.

I’m getting Komodo up and running on my Ronin MX
for a Marriott resort project. So far that is a killer combo for smooth stuff.

I just used a top handle and left hand under camera and focus. 48fps helps make it look smoother.

Plus I shoot a TON of hand held.

Here's a fashion piece, I shoot all of their stuff and it's all hand held on Helium w just a side handle, still version of the lens, pull my own focus.

Awesome, thanks Curtis! Your very steady hands + shooting in high frame rates do the trick. Gotta start training with an equivalent weight and form factor until the stormtrooper arrives
