I don't know why they didn't have the ND wheel come out to the side as opposed to the top, but man..hard to resist that mount.

I have had one of these for a week now and can tell you that it is easy to install, and easy to use. The 'cartridges' actually slide in from the side but stick up above the mount. They click into position very positively. The mount itself is some sort of alloy that seems very sturdy and secure. The ND's value is marked on the edge of the wheel, tiny but visible. The movement between them is a very positive snap into position. I have tested white balance and find it very little changed between settings. I have not found them to impact distance calibration on PL lenses tested. You have to remove the Red EVF to change cartridges (if using that on the side) but otherwise it is very well integrated. I have the required Wooden Camera pogo risers. It is nice to be able to pick a T stop and then adjust the ND to get the right exposure, without having to use a matte box or screw on filters (which I hate). Overall very nice addition!
