Hey everyone, I have a KipperTie Longtake that won't mount, I've tried different cables, readers, computers, and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any solutions to this?

You need to wait it out. Sometimes those mags takes forever to pop up on the desktop when they hold a lot of media. I seen it take like 20min at times.

How is your mag formatted? I.e. FAT32 or UDF? And What operating system do you use? Mac OS or Windows? If you are using Windows 11, there is an outstanding issue with Windows 11 that does NOT recognize UDF formatted media and until Microsoft fixes the issue, you are SOL. You may have to reformat the MAG under FAT32 (in camera) to resolve this until then.

These cards need more power than some readers provide. That's what Kippertie told me. It should work with a direct connection via USB-C/USB-C cable without any issue all the time.
RED, G-Tech and Sonnet work while Blackjet does't.

Do you know if the SanDisk Professional one works with it?
