  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Just finished a new short RED 1 M

All are very nice shots. But I especially like #2. And I'll be honest, I guessed incorrectly. :)
 
You know, that's ok Eryc. We shot the Mk3 correctly using neutral to expose and then shooting with cinestyle. I tried to convince the owner to shoot with the magic lantern raw hack, but he didn't really understand how magic lantern works so he wouldn't for this shoot. I was really quite surprised at how well they match up, we have 2 more shots in the film shot on the mk3. This will be the first time I combine footage from the RED and any other camera. The only one we're having trouble matching it with is the blackmagic camera we used for one shot. We'll see though. And about the sky replacement, we're replacing it with an alien sky. I like the shot too, but it doesn't fit the story we're going for.
 
I guessed three before I saw it. You can tell by skin tone in the face as well as color but nicely done.
