  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Jeff Cronenweth, ASC Nominated for ASC Best Cinematography

The future should be bright for RED, making a revolution in a film industry, doing what big (camera) companies didn't want to do. I don't doubt more nominations, awards. We have a lot of big features coming out shot on RED!
So Thank You Jim, and the whole RED Team for this!

This honor belongs to Jeff for recognition of his talent and his mastery of craft. But one cannot overlook the significance of the film itself and the poetic serendipity that Jeff would select a camera that reaches as far technologically as facebook has reached into our lives socially. This is a beautiful perfect storm of circumstances that makes me proud to own a Red camera. I only hope my work can one day be as inspiring as Jeff's. Bravo!
 
Congrats to Jeff for his Oscar nomination this morning. I saw Jeff's ASC portrait hanging up in the Academy building this morning for the noms. Very snazzy!
