I've been trying to import philmColor 3D Luts to my Gemini for the last hour with no luck. Every time the camera recognizes the Luts on the mag, but when I transfer one or all of them, nothing happens.

The camera setup is
- Gemini 5K Body
- DSMC2 Side handle
- 4.7" touch monitor
- EF Mount

So far I've tried:
- Upgrading to latest firmware
- Factory reset the settings
- Format mag in UDF and FAT32
- Tried 1TB mag and 480GB mag
- Import one Lut + import all

Anyone know what the solution would be for this? Or have any other possible solutions to try out?

Thanks,
Alex

Are you saying you can't select the LUTs in camera once they are loaded there Alex?

Can you take a cell phone shot of your IPP2 settings in camera?

Thanks for the response Phil. So it seems like they don't import after selecting import one/all. Here are a few pics of the settings/3D LUT menu

Interesting and when you press the arrow they are not copying over at all?

This oddly might be some sort of bug in the camera. Might need to hit up support perhaps.

Same strange LUT behavior!

Same strange LUT behavior!

I have the same Issue. The strange thing is, i secure format a red mag in camera. Then i make a /luts folder on the mag and copy some philmcolor luts in the folder. When i then mount the mag into the camera, the camera is acting really really slow. when i press a button it sometimes takes seconds until something happens. The camera also doesn't show any luts in the import menu when the mag is mounted. even the left side is empty although there are luts already on the camera. When i the format the mag again in camera the camera is up to speed again and is doing everything in normal speed. That happens with any of my mags and on different pcs or mags.

Any ideas or the same strange behavior out there?

Hi Christoph,

Let me know what camera and firmware you're running.

Haven't had any of these issues before. Pretty weird.

Hey Phil,

recently i upgraded my helium to gemini. i am running 7.4.1. my solution right now is to reduce the amount of LUTs on the mag. With fewer LUTs on the mag everything works normaly. But i am not able to import the whole Philmcolor Library at once.
i think but i am not 100% sure that i was able to import the whole library on helium when i transfered them for the first time.
