Is R1M upgradable to R1MX still?

Curious if someone from RED team can answer this:

Considering that all the Battle Tested R1MX are sold out and considering that I highly doubt that any of the current owners will let go of the camera near the battle tested price. Probably not even for double the price. I am wondering if it would still be possible for original R1s can still be upgraded by RED and at what price. I remember Jarred or Jim mentioning that it would not be worth it in relation to the $4000 deal for the R1MXs but considering that those are not available anymore if it would still be worth it to find a great deal on an unused R1 and pay for an upgrade from RED to R1MX.

It's cheaper to buy one of the MXs currently on ebay.

Upgrade is $5750 (if it's even still available). That means you'd have to find an M sensor camera for < $4,000 and still lose money once you'd shipped it everywhere.
